We aim to be fair and transparent. This policy explains when refunds are available for purchases on TradeEyes AI.
1. Coin Packs (Token Purchases)
- Unused tokens are refundable within 7 days of purchase if you have used zero tokens from that pack. Email billing@tradelens.ai from your account email with the order number.
- Once at least one token is consumed from a pack, the pack becomes non-refundable. Tokens have no expiration date but are bound to your account and not transferable.
2. Pro & Elite Subscriptions
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access through the end of the current paid period.
- For your first subscription on TradeEyes AI, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you have run fewer than 10 analyses on the plan. Email billing@tradelens.ai.
- Renewal charges and second-or-later subscription terms are non-refundable, except where required by local consumer-protection law.
3. Failed or Duplicate Charges
If you were charged twice for the same order or if a payment was deducted but no tokens / subscription appeared on your account within 30 minutes, contact us and we will refund the duplicate or release the order.
4. Fraud and Abuse
Accounts found to be abusing refunds, sharing access, chargebacks, or violating our Terms may have their refund eligibility revoked and access suspended.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or wallet provider.
